CD/Docs Requests
Requesting CD or loan docs now have the following requirements:
1) Loan must be locked, conditionally approved and appraisal in
2) Title fee sheet must be loaded into the following location:
Loan Documents —> Escrow Est Settlement Statement placeholder. All appropriate invoices (appraisal/credit report/Third Party Processing etc) are to be loaded as well into this placeholder or the existing Invoices placeholder.
When Requesting Closing Loan Docs…
ii: The loan must be Full CTC. Please ensure you enter a preferred closing date when requesting docs. Cake will conduct a closing date review and reach out to you if unable to close on the requested date.
Minimum submission requirements
Cake has launched new Minimum Submission Requirements for our DSCR and NonQm Alt doc programs. Please visit the Forms section under Submission Forms to access the newly required submission forms. Please include your completed Sub form with your Submission Packages to ensure the Underwriting review is a “piece of cake.” We look forward to closing your loans!
